Your application has made us curious! That's why we invite you to a first virtual, telephone or personal interview to get to know us.
SECOND INTERVIEW

Let's get to know each other even better! We will invite you to a second personal interview to clarify any unanswered questions. Following the interview, we will make an internal decision, which we will communicate to you in due time.
HIRING

We would like to welcome you to our team because we have convinced each other professionally and personally. After signing the contract, you will receive all important information about your start in the TTP Group.
ONBOARDING

Welcome to the team! We take the topic of onboarding seriously. In addition to individual on-the-job instruction, we also offer various job-dependent training courses. During the onboarding phase you will receive ad-hoc feedback from your supervisor and at the end of the trial period a feedback meeting will take place.
Of course, we are agile too! Depending on the position, our application process may differ from our standard.
