Stefan Filz is the new Country Head Germany of the TTP Group

TTP Group (Rosenheim) December 1, 2021: Since November 1, 2021, Stefan Filz has been the new “Country Head Germany” of the TTP Group. He holds this position in addition to his previous position as Managing Director for Pharmaplan and Triplan Germany. He takes over from Peter Stromberger, who left the TTP Group on November 1st. Martin Haase also took over the position of Triplan Managing Director on November 1st. In his new position, Stefan Filz is responsible for all Pharmaplan and Triplan companies in Germany.

Stefan Filz began his career at Pharmaplan in 2011 as an architect in the Facility Design & Engineering. In 2013 he was promoted to Team Leader Architecture, Laboratories & Logistics, two years later Head of Facility Design and Senior Project Manager. As Managing Director of Pharmaplan GmbH and Triplan GmbH since 2019, he has primarily been responsible for the development of the Pharmaplan business areas. As the new Country Head, he will increasingly position both companies as EPCMV and site engineering partners for the pharmaceutical, biotech and chemical industries.

"As Country Head Germany, I see myself primarily as a driver for the transfer of experience and knowledge as well as exchange and cooperation between employees of both brands. With the bundling of our competencies from the areas of project management, process engineering pharmaceuticals and chemicals, GMP & quality consulting, laboratory design, facility (architecture, civil, structural & technical services) and digital factory, both our employees, our projects and thus the benefit long-standing customers of both companies about the synergies that result from this," says Stefan Filz. "In the future, Martin Haase and I will work closely together to handle projects for medium-sized and multinational customers from the initial planning idea through construction to qualification and handover, and thus expand and further develop existing and new customer relationships."

With the new appointments to the management board, the TTP Group is continuing a consistent strategy. In addition to site engineering, which forms the focus of orders at Triplan, the increasing focus is also on the implementation of large-scale projects as general planner. For this purpose, EPCM(V) services, consisting of feasibility & Conceptual Design Studies, Basic & Detail Engineering, Construction Management and Commissioning & Qualification Services provided from integrated Triplan and Pharmaplan teams.

The four pillars of strategy of the TTP Group

For the coming financial year, the TTP Group will base its orientation essentially on four pillars: Constant and profitable growth with existing customers in the core markets of chemicals and pharmaceuticals , in which the brands Triplan and Pharmaplan are already established as special suppliers; Expansion of the locations as a central element for a nationwide regional presence; Quality of the services based on many years of know-how and digital networking via a group-wide platform for more than 1,000 employees and the establishment as a technology leader in the field of digitization.
